From working within the industry, we saw many companies overcharging for a service that didn’t work. We created our application system with families in mind, and use the same service on our own home. How We Started

PureNature Pest Control was founded by our owner, Jake. Jake loves bugs and knows how to properly treat for them. Along with being certified and licensed through the state of Arkansas, he has a vast education in fisheries, wildlife, ecology, and range where he studied entomology, pest application, botany, and more.

When he was just 15 he started a small pest control operation where he removed problematic pests from properties within his rural hometown and that was the beginning of his career in the pest control industry.

Since then, he has worked every facet of the pest industry from research, customer service, to application. He started PureNature with his wife, Madison in 2018.

Along with studying bugs, his greatest joy is spending time with his three boys. He’s an avid outdoorsman, fisherman, and birder. When he’s not working, you can find him at Andy’s Frozen Custard enjoying a vanilla cone or relaxing at Beaver Lake with his family.
